[Hallb-engineering] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: Solenoid Cooldown

Both VCL flow controllers on the Solenoid were replaced and are working perfectly. Procurement will be contacted about getting the old ones re-calibrated.
The Superconducting helium level sensors on both the magnet and lead reservoir are not working properly but the Differential Pressure sensors are working. We are trouble shooting the SC probes. Helium now appears to be collecting in the magnet reservoir.
