Our supply pressure is still low. ~2.3 atm

The supply out of ESR 2.6 atm (CPI671 Normally 3.0)  and rising slowly so all Halls must be pulling a lot of flow to recover.
We can ramp the torus back to full current from its current value of 2500 A
