CPV603QB is in the shut state due to CAMAC work at ESR. CPV603QA and C are open because they have mechanical stops holding them open. I don't know when those stops were installed, but we need one in Hall B too.
I'm backing down on our supply pressure to limit the venting of helium. 
Cryo will work to get our QB valve open
