[Hallb-engineering] CLAS12 Shift Update (Oct. 24 - Swing; Oct. 25 - Owl)

Folks,

Here is an update on the status of CLAS12 shifts currently listed as standby (Oct. 24 - swing, Oct. 25 owl):

1). The Oct. 24 swing shift is now officially cancelled. Shift experts/workers do not need to report to the
     Counting House.

2). The Oct. 25 owl shift is still listed as standby as accelerator believes that there is still a chance that
      beam delivery could commence after midnight tonight.

I will send out another email regarding the Oct. 25 owl shift later this afternoon when the accelerator
plans become firm. If you have any questions, let me know.
