[Hallb-engineering] [clas_members] Status update and shifts

Dear all,

Thank you to all who have devoted many days and countless hours on 
getting the cryo target repaired!
It was finally successfully completed. The support from Saclay was 
critical, and thank you to the dedicated technical team in Hall B and 
everyone who helped.
Now we look forward to continue the data taking for the CLAS12 First 
Experiment.
