[Hallb-engineering] [clas_members] Status update and shifts

Good afternoon All, 

    Final update for today... Beamline has been established, valves cycled and turned over to MCC.
Power supplys are on and ready, boundaries are in place. The only thing left to do is turn off the 
lights when your ready.

The latest update from the hall. Our cryo target works! Our engineering team did a great job. 
The target is cold and full at the moment. 
We will reassemble beam line this afternoon and planing to lock up the hall afterwards. Will staff counting house tomorrow morning.

The accelerator recovery is underway. With the hope to deliver beam to the hall this weekend. Our cryo target is being tested now. 
We start staffing Hall B shifts tomorrow morning, Saturday September 22nd at 08:00.
