OK, the third time is a charm!
We are back to 8 am schedule!! Please start with shutdown.
At the time of my second email, anticipation for the beam was within an hour. Beam came back at 4 am, still was OK to run till noon. But at 6 am disaster again. Machine is down hard with two big problems, we are done.

Dear all,
Thanks for your quick reply.
However, things have changed after I sent the email. As most of you know we have been down since 4 pm today due to the first Wien angle change for Hall-C, then cold compressor trip that brought down south linac. We expect to have the beam back in an hour or so. Since there have not been much running today, there is a discussion and some agreement with the accelerator folks to turn the beam OFF at noon instead of 8 am. So, the plan for tomorrow stays the same with the exception that the shutdown will start at noon.

Dear all,
RG-B run will end at 8 am tomorrow, Friday, December 20. Thank you everyone for a great support! This was a short, bumpy run but we made a good use of available beam time.
After CEBAF goes down at 8 am, we will survey and bring the hall to Restricted Access. For the sub-system experts, please make sure your subsystem is in a correct state for a long down before eob (Tomorrow is the last work day for JLAB before holidays). Of course, the first thing we need after the beam is off is to turn torus and solenoid OFF. Also please be available at 8am to take care of the sub-system or send me an email if you do not want shifters to turn your subsystem's HVs off.
Some detectors are planing to run cosmic calibration runs during the down time (ECal for example), so we will keep the hall lights of (last person leaving the hall tomorrow evening should make sure lights are off).
If any questions, please send me an email or call the RC phone.
Regards, Stepan
