I was continuing the setup for 80K flowing of the Hall B Magnets so we can start after they reach ~60-70K and the Torus completed its insulating vacuum outgassing ("Burp"). I opened the cold and warm return valves from in the distribution box PV8522TCD and PV8522TR. I noticed that CTD8521 rose breifly then started to fall rather quickly. This valve must be leaking throug its seat quite a bit.
The seating force should be checked when possible in conjunction with Hall B.
During an ESR downtime the seat should be checked and possibly replaced.
