Gagik,
I am not sure what the problem is, what you mean the first link - it explicitly says “user registration”. Go to this link that was sent few times now -
https://physdiv.jlab.org/2020MedConOps/20200603-ReturnPlan.pdf
And see if you have any questions.

Oh, Sorry.
So Staff should not go to the first link ?
I might have misunderstood.

Gagik;
I think the email was for outside users and not Jlab staff.

Hi Stepan,
When I go to your first link, I get the following message:
According to our records, your JLab Type is SURA/CEBAF and as such, you may not create a guest account or register for a visit. If you feel this information is in error, please contact JR/IS
What does this mean ?

Dear all,
The names of users who signed up for shifts have been sent for approval to access the site for shifts. However, as it is described in the "Medcon-5 site access controls” in the link I sent earlier, You have to complete the established protocol to return to site - which includes:
1) Complete the returning user registration form here
https://misportal.jlab.org/jlabAccess/
2) Complete SAF-003 training here
https://www.jlab.org/div_dept/train/SAF003/Working%20Safely%20at%20Jefferson%20Lab%20During%20Elevated%20MedCon%20Levels%20%28Published%29/index.html<https://www.jlab.org/div_dept/train/SAF003/Working%20Safely%20at%20Jefferson%20Lab%20During%20Elevated%20MedCon%20Levels%20(Published)/index.html>
3) Do the daily self health check certification
These steps are detailed also in the following documents:
https://physdiv.jlab.org/2020MedConOps/20200603-ReturnPlan.pdf
and
https://physdiv.jlab.org/2020MedConOps/UserClarificationMEDCON5.pdf

Dear all,
The shift schedule for the upcoming RG-F run from July 27 to September 6 is available on the CLAS shift web page -
https://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/shifts/
Thanks to Bryan for the generation of the shift schedule and of course thanks for all volunteers for agreeing to take these shifts.
While we might have some last-minute trades as people's plans may change, the schedule on the shift page can be considered as final. The names of shifters have been submitted to JLAB management to register for site access. Here are a few things to consider during the Medcon-5 operations:
- everyone should follow guidelines outlined at https://jlab.servicenowservices.com/cv19?id=cv19_index and https://www.jlab.org/sites/default/files/TJNAF%20Resumption%20of%20On-Site%20Operations%20Plan%20Rev%201%5B2%5D.pdf<https://www.jlab.org/sites/default/files/TJNAF%20Resumption%20of%20On-Site%20Operations%20Plan%20Rev%201[2].pdf>
- everyone should have all their required training up-to-date, including SAF-003
- NOTE: you are allowed to come to the lab only for shifts, the approval to access JLAB site for shifts is not a free pass to access to the lab for other work
- the workplaces in the lab have a maximum capacity for occupancy based on the JLAB requirement of 170 sq.ft. per person. The Hall-B counting-room can accommodate only 3 people
- the face masks and the 6 ft distancing are mandatory in the counting room. Moreover, shifters must clean commonly used surfaces, e.g. keyboard or mouse, before and after their shift using wipes available in the counting room
As always, please follow Run Coordinator instructions that will be posted on the run wiki and please let me know if you have any questions.
Regards, Stepan
PDL
