[Hallb-engineering] [New Logentry] Hall B Torus Flowing 80K gas

Torus Burp Completed.
Since we lost the IOC for the DBX midstream, we decided to stop flowing 4K to the Hall and set up for 80K gas thorugh just the Torus.
Solenoid and Buffer Dewar will slowly warm on their own and when empty and 60K, we will start 80K through them also.

Tonight we will flow ~2g/s through the Torus but we may increase this up to 5g/s depending on how everything looks later.
