Hi Brian,
What you did seemed to help greatly in that the position of PV8522SR went back to its normal operating range.
Denny and Sandesh,
I looked at the PID setpoints for the following valves PV8522SR, TR, SCD, TCD
The pressure difference between the Torus TR and TCD is 0.15 atm and the difference between the SR and SCD valves is 0.02 atm.
This seems a bit strange. It could be correct, but seems a bit close. Maybe it changed to be a low value to keep the relief valve from blowing or to make it easier to reseal??
Can you dig in to when/why it changed by looknig through old PID sheets?
Dave

So I poked at the tags some more and it turns out that this one is updated on the DBox PLC, which I can still connect to. So I manually reset the error bit and this value is now updating on the PID screens.
caget B_TORUS:LHe:PV8522SR_Val:CVAL.INP
B_TORUS:LHe:PV8522SR_Val:CVAL.INP @PLC_CRYO PV8522SR_Val.CVAL
The torus PLC still isn't seeing updating values from the solenoid, but maybe we can put off the reboot until tomorrow?

Just as a reminder,
This signal is a calculated value base on two pressure sensors.
the math goes as follows:
DP8620VCLDP =PT8620-PT8571
There is a similar setup of
DP8670MAGDP = PT8670-PT8571
