[Hallb-engineering] Maintenance day Wed. Jul 23

Folks,

As we did not have a Hall B meeting today due to the start of the PAC53 meeting, I wanted to let folks
know that there will be a maintenance day this Wed., Jul. 23. Please let me know if you need access to
the hall.

Also, it was reported that there was a case when a call did not go through to an expert phone until it
was power cycled. I ask that all subsystem experts check that their on-call phones are receiving calls.
