[Hallb] 1st PCAL installed and CLAS/CLAS12 collaboration meeting

Dear all,

As you all have heard by now, the installation of the first detector 
system (PCAL) for CLAS12 has successfully started this week. The next 
modules will follow in short order and by the CLAS collaboartion meeting 
we should be in the position to celebrate installation of another sector 
or two.

This gives me the opportunity to remind everyone that participants in 
the CLAS/CLAS12 meeting must register. The small registration fee for 
researchers of $35/$12 (students do not pay) will support the good 
quality refreshments during breaks that we are all used to. Also, it is 
important to show to management and DOE that we are a strong 
international collaboration committed to carrying out exciting science 
at Jefferson Lab.
