[Hallb] Run schedule and shifts

Hello everyone,

Accelerator is planning to setup beam delivery to Hall-B on Thursday 
swing to Friday
owl, March 5&6. We plan to close the hall on Thursday at 5pm and be 
ready for beam
by 6pm. Hall will go to restricted access at 6am on Friday, March 6. The 
beam
destination for Thursday/swing - Friday/owl will be "Hall-B tagger". If 
everything goes
well with beam delivery to Hall-B and with the machine, we will close 
the hall again on
Friday swing and run beam till 6 am on Monday morning, March 9. The beam 
destination
then will be "Hall-B FC".

The HPS shift schedule will be the following:
- all shift till 4pm on Thursday, March 5 are canceled
- shift personal for Thursday swing and Friday owl must report to the 
counting house at
their assigned times (note: worker swing on Thursday should report at 4pm)
- shifts from 7am to 4pm on Friday are canceled
- shift personal for Friday (March 6) swing to Monday (March 9) owl must 
report to counting
house at their assigned times (note: worker swing on Friday should 
report at 4pm)
- additional email will be sent around for shift schedule after 7am on 
Monday, March 9
