All the requests I have received so far indicated Wednesday lunch break as preferred time. No request for Monday.
For those who choose Wednesday
The walk through will start at 12:30 in the Hall B counting room.
Before you come for the walk through make sure your training up to date:

1. RadWorker I training including General Access RWP (SAF801kd) and you have your dosimeter with you.
2. ODH training
3. Hall B safety awareness (SAF111). Read and sign this document on-line.

> Dear Collaborators,

> As you all know this fall we will have CLAS12 engineering run followed by the
> first physics run. This means we are moving towards routine operation with
> continuous shifts 24/7. It is not too early to get ready for this. Particularly
> to bring your training up to date and familiarize yourself with run safety
> documentation and detector operation manuals and procedures.
> You can find relevant information on Hall B web pages:
> https://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/run-web/ and
> https://wiki.jlab.org/clas12-run/index.php/KPP_Run.

> The required training for shift takers:
> 1. RadWorker I training
> 2. ODH training
> 3. Hall B safety awareness (SAF111) and walk-through.

> During the the week of the Collaboration meeting we are planning to organize
> walk-through sessions. Tentatively after 3 pm Monday June 12th, during lunch
> break Wednesday June 14, and during lunch break Friday June 16.
> Please let me know if you would like to take advantage of this opportunity and
> indicate your preferred date.

> -Eugene
