[Hallb] Solenoid magnet

Dear all,

The solenoid magnet has safely arrived at Jefferson Lab yesterday 
afternoon. This morning it has been rigged into place in the beam line.  
The attached photo shows the magnet during transfer to the beam line 
still hanging from the crane.
