[Hallb] engineering run update

Dear All,
machine restoration is progressing and preparation for beam delivery are 
continuing. The present accelerator plan foresees beam tuning may start 
as early as tomorrow night, with beam beam first tuned for Hall D, 
followed by Hall B, C and A in the next days. According to this, it is 
possible we may get beam during the weekend, i.e. before the official 
start expected for Dec. 4.

In order to prepare for this, we will start having *daily run meetings 
at 3pm*. Meetings will be in the conference room on the Counting House 
second floor (room ch-200c); remote participation will be possible 
through the bluejeans meeting indicated below.

The first meeting will be *tomorrow, Nov. 30. *We will review:
- Hall status and remaining work
- Detectors and magnets status
- DAQ status
- Preparation for Hall lock-up
- Run plan
