[Hallb] CLAS12 January-March shifts

Dear collaborators, 

Happy New Year! 

We are about to resume CLAS12 Engineering run and start the first physics run of Run Group A. 
Our shifts resume this weekend and go continuously until the end of March. 
Please take a look at the shift schedule https://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/shifts/ 
Most of it is already populated with names but there are still some slots with no name assigned yet. 
Please sign up. If you have problems with covering assigned shifts please arrange swap with somebody.
