[Hallb] Shifts canceled till August 3rd

Dear all,

The machine restoration is taking longer than was expected. Currently, we are looking beam for physics on August 3rd. All shifts till then are canceled. But do not worry, you will have more opportunities to take shifts in September as it is expected that the run still will be 6 weeks long and will be extended beyond the presently scheduled end.
