MCC and PD informed that there will not be beam to the halls until 
tomorrow, possibly until afternoon.

Our status is that detector HVs are off, solenoid and torus magnets are 
ramping down and the cryo target is empty.

The hall is going to controlled access.

Swing shift worker is released, expert as well once the solenoid and 
torus are off.

Owl shift is herewith released from duty as well and notified by email.
