[Hallb] [EXTERNAL] RG-E RC meeting is at 1 PM

Most of the updates were reviewed at the HALLB meeting. The target has been changed and the beam is off for a while due to a leak.

The consensus was that the VIP tour tomorrow would require restricted access with magnets on and I presume the CLAS12 detector working?

I don’t think there will be any new news on the Wednesday schedule unless there is a need for some discussion as to what can be done in the hall during what might be a prolonged (7hr) downtime.

I will start a meeting today Monday (April 8)

Cheers
Kevin

I will jump on zoom at 1PM but there are no immediate issues. Production continues with a few alarms and beam off short periods (see log book).

The morning meeting mentioned an accelerator interruption that might take place during the week. A Low energy cavity has had more than usual window trips and if necessary there might be a need for a ~½ hour for maintenance but nothing planned so far this weekend.

Hall A has shifted its planned start time to Thursday.

Hi
Friday meeting 1PM as usual.
Since yesterday Thursday at 2:20PM production has started and continues with only the nominal problems that have been handled by the shifters.
The buffer dewar which seemed to be the primary concern has remained stable.

Kevin
