[Hallb] Resumption of RG-K run

Folks,

The work on the torus power supply was completed today and we have been authorized to continue the RG-K
run starting with swing shift tonight. We will begin with restoration from today’s machine down for beam studies.
Shifts officially resume tonight at 6 p.m. (EDT). Beam is expected back by 8 p.m..
