[Hallc] Hall C webserver down Nov 4, 9AM-Noon

The Hall C Webserver, hallcweb.jlab.org, will be down tomorrow (Wed Nov 
4) for a needed upgrade from 9AM to Noon. The following will be 
unavailable for some or all of that time:

Hall C logbook - hclog
Hall C Document database
PSI Elog logbooks (Rosen07, CTEQ, E01-011, E02-017, E05-115, Jan05, ...)
HKS Wiki

The Qweak webserver (QWeak DocDB, Qweak Wiki, Elogs) and G0 webserver 
(G0 DocDB, ELogs) will not be affected.
