[Hallc] Hall C Meeting - May 28, 2014, CEBAF Center F326/7

As we have not had a Hall C meeting in a couple of weeks, and won't have 
one next week due to the User Group meeting we will hold a short Hall C 
meeting tomorrow at 3.  This meeting will be no more than 1/2 in length 
and will be followed by Howard's meeting which is being moved to also be 
in F326/7.
