[Hallc] NPS Pi0 proposal

Dear Colleagues,
We are planning to submit a proposal to measure the wide angle 
photoproduction of neutral pions using the new NPS facility. This 
proposal is a companion  to the wide angle Compton scattering proposal. 
The neutral pions are the dominant background  for the WACS experiment, 
therefore this proposal will use the same data to extract the pi0 cross 
section. This proposal will ask for additional 56 hours of beamtime.
