[Hallc] Please Remove Cleared Items from the RadCon Survey Shelf in Hall C

Many items that RadCon has already surveyed and cleared  are still on 
the "to be surveyed" shelves in Hall C.

If any of them are yours, please remove them from the hall right away. 
The shelves should be cleared
before beam returns to the hall.
