Right at the end of the swing shift last night the power supply for one of the raster coils failed. Bill Gunning was called in and took an escorted access to replace it. Pretty quickly we went to beam permit again and right about when we just finished checking the functionality of the raster on the YAG the power supply for the same coil failed again. Bill came back, took an escorted and replaced it again (then stuck for a while in the counting house just to be sure :). Beam on target for production was restored between 2:30 am and 3 am. We ran production until about 8:30 am when the South Linac dropped:  https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3526435
Beam on target was restored about five hours later between 1 and 1:30 pm and we have been taking data until about 10:30 pm this evening when we lost beam due to a dogleg power supply failure: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3526671

We are now in standby waiting for beam.

Of note: on Friday the PD informed all the run coordinators that **if** the machine will still be operated with increased limits for the beam current loss as of Monday morning, operations is tentatively planning for an access (Monday morning) to do radiation surveys of North, South Linacs and BSY to search for possible causes of  beam loss (+ some opportunistic repairs). The PD was not sure whether the beam studies of Tuesday could then be deferred in the instance of a machine access/maintenance on Monday. I will be in touch with the PD and will send another update tomorrow.
