[Hallc] [New Logentry] RC daily update

Smooth running over night at 40 muA and throughout the morning up until 12:30 pm when the CHL (gently) tripped. Beam was restored during swing shift at about 6 pm. Close to 10 pm this evening we lost beam again: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3527106

This evening the PD informed us that operations will take an access tomorrow to investigate the suspected beam scrapping (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3527015). We were also told that additional hardware systems failed over the weekend in the BSY area and that the access will start there tomorrow to assess radiation levels and look for regions where the beam might be scrapping. In terms of RadCon support, the work in the accelerator takes priority over the Halls needs for accesses. We were also warned that the beam down could extend over 1 or 2 days (diagnostic, repair and re-tuning). We will know more tomorrow once the access is made. 

Tomorrow during the day shift only the TO is required in the counting house. The shift leader and the 3rd are on stand-by. We will make a decision about the following shifts tomorrow once we get an update from the PD.

We will meet tomorrow at 1:30 pm on the second floor of the counting house (room 200C).
