[Hallc] [Revised Logentry] Daily beam update

The overall problem of the XY coupling in the machine has not been resolved, but the accelerator is moving forward and supplied beam to Halls A, B, and D over last night. Hall C was unable to receive beam due to a faulty BLA card receiver that was swapped out over night (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3531165). Unfortunately, the calibration generally requires good clean beam so as to best determine beam loss, and we have yet to establish that. Starting this morning day shift, the calibration will begin and will take approximately 2 hours. After that time, we will take an escorted access to fix the unser temperature regulation (Keith Cole is the point of contact on this). Once that part is done, we can proceed to establish the current capabilities to Hall C from the machine. This will likely result in discussions with physics about how to optimize the remaining program.

This beam profile is believed to be as close to optimal as we can get without another two days of tuning. We will meet in 200C at 1:30 pm (second floor of the counting house).
