[Hallc] RC update

Hello Everybody,
We are close to the end of the commissioning program. MCC has been
maintaining a steady delivery of 65 uA which has allowed us to complete a
BCM calibration and to make quick progress through the optics program. An
energy measurement was also completed today morning. We are looking through
some of these data to make sure that we have everything we need before we
transition to production for the CT experiment sometime today.

There will be a RC meeting today at 1:30 PM in the conference room upstairs
in the counting house.
