As planned, yesterday was spent working on RF recovery and starting work towards reducing the beam energy.  Overnight, beam setup was slowed due to instabilities in the North Linac - as of this morning beam has been propagated to the first arc.

As noted in the RC meeting yesterday, radiation surveys indicated that a High Radiation Area Watch is not required for work in the hall.  Work on the spectrometers and other systems can be carried out today as needed - please call RadCon if you need to access any areas that are roped off.

All shifts are still canceled until Thursday Day shift.

There will be no RC meeting today.
