[Hallc] Docker use for JLab work?

Hello everyone,

Docker, a containerization platform that helps make software more 
portable, recently changed its licensing model. This change may affect 
us. JLab IT would like to know how many of us are using Docker Desktop 
for dedicated JLab work on CUE systems or elsewhere (personal laptop, 
desktop, etc.) so IT can evaluate the need for purchasing appropriate 
licenses.

If you use (or plan to use) Docker Desktop for JLab work, please send me 
a quick reply. Ideally, please include a few details, like the main 
application (experiment, project) and platform/location for which/where 
you're using Docker.

To be clear, these changes do not affect Singularity/Apptainer, which is 
a completely different and non-commercial application.
