[Hallc] [EXTERNAL] LOI on measuring axial form factor using positron capture

Dear All,
Please find attached a draft LOI-  "The Axial Form Factor of the Nucleon
from Weak Capture of Positrons". It proposes to use the positron beam to
measure it's capture on deuterium in order to extract the axial form factor
and its Q^2 dependence and also the axial charge and radius. Please let us
know by this Friday (May 19) at 5 pm EDT if you have any comments or would
like to be added to the LOI.
