Good afternoon,



As a reminder, please advise your travelers that booking lodging through third party booking sites is unallowable per our policy.  Travelers should be using concur to book or book directly through the hotel.



If they are attending a conference or event and the organizers have established a block of rooms and provides a link on their site to book we will allow for those bookings.  Third-party sites are booking.com, hotels.com, etc.
