[Hallc] [EXTERNAL] Final draft of the HallC SIDIS rungroup paper

manuscript with results from the Hall C SIDIS rungroup. We have

The major changes are:



   1. An additional figure was added (new Fig 2.) showing the 4
   fragmentation functions (FF) for the kinematics with highest W. (The FF for
   all 8 kinematics is still in the supplementary material).



   2. A more condensed version of the old Fig 2 (now Fig 3). The kinematics
   with similar W were averaged such there are only 4 panels instead of 8
   panels.  The 8-panel version was moved to the supplementary material.



   3. All 3 figures now show the systematic uncertainties either as bands
   or as part of the total error bar.





Any further comments are welcome before we submit to PRL next week.
