[Hallc] SHMS NIM article

Hi,
           Just to follow up with Stephen Kay's previous emails about the
SHMS NIM article. First, thanks to Stephen Kay for taking charge of
editting the SHMS NIM article and pushing to get it published. Second,
we realized that the author list was incomplete and sent the article
out to get feedback on the paper and author list. I should have told Stephen
to explicitly put  this request in the email. So if you have names to add, then send them
to me or Stephen.  I can also send you the link to edit the Overleaf document
and you can make you own edits.
