[Hallc] Clarification for the SHMS NIM article

Hi,
          For authorship on the SHMS NIM paper, I was focusing on people
who built the equipment, significantly contributed to calibration software,
contributed to the calibration or  evaluating the performance of the detectors,
or helped with the writing and/or supplied figures. So students involved in the analysis
of experiments using the SHMS would be included.
