[Hallc] [EXTERNAL] Paper from Hall C SIDIS rungroup for your review

Dear Collaborators,
We have prepared a draft manuscript with results from the Hall C SIDIS
rungroup. This draft is based on the subset of data that were collected on
both the hydrogen and deuterium targets, allowing us to extract the charged
pion fragmentation functions (FF) and test their flavor dependence. The
draft is attached and ready for your review, it includes both the main
article and the supplemental material. These results were shown at the last
Hall C collaboration meeting and will be shown again at the upcoming  Hall
A/C meeting. Two additional manuscripts, one of the CSV of PDFs and the
other on the Pt and phi dependence of the cross-section are under
preparation.

As with the recent KaonLT draft, the author list of this draft includes all
who participated in the 2018-2019 run group of CSV, Pt-SIDIS, and Kaon-LT.
If you did not take enough shifts to be on all three experiments and chose
to be on either Pt-SIDS or CSV you were included. Please alert us of any
omissions or errors.
