[Hallc] Intro to Hall C PAC proposals

Hi,
              I got responses to a zoom meeting to present an introduction to
Hall C PAC proposals. The meeting will be Wed April 16th from 9:30 -12.
It will be only by zoom.

There will be 15 minutes for the talk and 15 minutes for discussion. This is meant to give the
spokespeople as chance to present their ideas , get some feedback and ask people to join their proposal.
