Reviewer #2: I thank the authors for addressing my concerns about the quality of the MC simulations used. I think a reference that shows that such a MC works, even if only to a ph.D thesis, is very valuable. The treatment of different perturbative orders for distribution and fragmentation functions is still not optimal. Maybe the fact that you are using a local analysis for the fragmentation functions instead of a proper global analysis is part of the problem. I, however, understand as long as you only use it for efficiency corrections and less to extract actual physics information it might be acceptable. So, I can agree to have these results published in PLB although I strongly recommend the collaboration to prepare more consistent and complete MC simulations for the future.
