[Hallc] Update about the beam schedule

 Hall A and C users,
             It was decided at the Director's Council budget meeting yesterday, that  given the FY25 budget,
the lab will shorten the amount of running time in FY25 from 25 weeks to 20 weeks. This would mean that beam
would end around Aug 18th.
             So for Hall C, we will completed the LAD  experiment  ( which should end around June 18th)
and then run part of R-SIDIS for the remaining roughly 8 weeks. Then the rest of R-SIDIS would be completed in the FY26 running.
The implications for how this would effect the experiments previously scheduled to run in FY26 is still being worked out. It is
complicated by how the other halls need to change their running experiments in FY26.
           For Hall A,  we would complete the GEp experiment. We could  take some of the highest Q2 running time and still do the
low Q2 point ( E12-24-010) , but that has not been decided.
