[Hallc] Zoom meeting for short presentation of PAC proposals for Hall C

Hall C users,
             As new idea, I am going to setup a zoom meeting ( or maybe two) in the week of April 14 to have people
give a short 10-15 minute presentations on their planned PAC proposals for Hall C. The proposals do not have to be completed.
The idea is to give  spokespeople a chance to advertise the proposal and ask for people to join.
There is no endorsement of the proposal. Just a chance to get the ideas out to more users and staff before it is
submitted before May 5th.
                  The presentation would be  the basics of the proposal: 3-4 slides on the physics and 3-4 slides
on the equipment needed, 1-2 slides on the proposed statistical and systematic error.
Of course there is no requirement that the proposals be part of this process.
I was thinking of Wed ( April 16th) and/or Thursday (April 17th) in the morning.
If you are a spokesperson and would like to participate send me an email about which date is preferred ( or another
day/time that week) , name of proposal and short description.
