Log:
Added header word (0x0) to subbanks that we like to read out pretending that
they are 32-bit scalers.  Without the header the initial word is unaccessible
without changes to the analyzer.  Backwards compatible for timing data blocks,
not backwards compatible for HAPTB subbank.
