[Hallc_running] Hall C update - no beam until Monday

Hi everyone -

The Program Deputy tells me he does not expect to be able to start 
sending beam to Hall C until Monday. Shifts through the weekend are 
cancelled.  Shift workers on Monday, day shift should plan on showing up 
for shift.
