[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] Hall C: Status update

Steady progress is being made on the machine setup, but at the current rate of progress, beam setup to Hall C (and Hall A) is not expected until Day shift Tuesday.  Day shift Monday is cancelled. Swing shift Monday and Owl shift Tuesday are "on call", but extremely unlikely to be needed.  Tuesday, Day Shift workers should show up as planned.

Also, given the delayed beam delivery, we plan on delaying the Hall A/C target cool-downs until Tuesday (at the soonest).

Hall C will remain in Restricted Access through day shift Monday.  If the Hall C arc power supply is repaired, DC power will want to lock up Hall C Monday evening to test the supply and re-certify the PSS.  Please plan your work accordingly.
