[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] Hall C update (Dec. 6)

Progress with the machine setup yesterday was slower than expected due in part to an access to investigate a suspect quad, and a CHL crash yesterday evening. The white board schedule has shifted about a day with beam to Hall C expected sometime on Friday.

Target operators are still required for all shifts, but shift leaders and 3rd's are on-call until Friday, day shift.  As noted earlier, if you are on call, make sure the target operator for your assigned shift can reach you.

For now, the hall remains in Restricted Access for work on HMS Q2.
