[Hallc_running] Shift update and Counting House training

Hi everyone -

Given the projected beam delivery schedule and plans, it looks like the 
soonest we would need shift workers in the Counting House would be 
Saturday, Day shift.  Friday (Dec. 1), swing shift and Saturday (Dec. 2) 
owl shifts are cancelled.  Saturday, Day shift workers should plan on 
being in the Counting House for their shifts. I will send updates if 
plans change.

Also - this Friday at 1 pm, there will be a brief "shift refresher" in 
the Counting House.  Brad Sawatzky will be on hand to go over common 
tasks (starting the DAQ, etc.) and Mike Fowler will also be there to go 
over the HMS and SHMS controls.  It is highly suggested that those 
planning on attending this meeting peruse the "How-Tos" on the Hall C
