[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC daily update

Took over as RC from Vladimir at 8 am this morning. 

Beam went off for beam studies at 8:30 am. The beam studies will extend over 8 hours today. Hall C went to controlled access shortly after 8:30 am to allow the SHMS heavy gas Cherenkov work (removal of quartz adaptor/RTV from one PMT).

>From the MCC meeting this morning: 

--> RF recovery has been rescheduled for Wednesday; tomorrow we will get production beam

--> Hall C requested a beam energy measurement  today when beam will be restored after the beam studies

Hall C Daily RC meeting: 1:30 p.m. in the conference room located on the second floor of the counting house.
