[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC Daily Update

The energy change is proceeding according to the (conservative) schedule. MCC is currently matching 3E (third extractor). The current plan is to lock up the Hall tomorrow (Wed) afternoon.

SL positions are cancelled today DAY, SWING and Wednesday OWL. SL on Wednesday DAY is on stand by. All TO's should come in.

We'll have a short RC meeting today at 4:15PM in the counting house to discuss any remaining work in the Hall and the runplan as the beam is restored tomorrow.
