Beam to the Hall is imminent. Counting room is fully staffed now. We'll follow the startup runplan we discussed yesterday. Harps are still broken, so that part cannot be done. Energy measurement is scheduled for Friday morning, and SHMS move to 6 deg planned for Monday morning.

There will be NO RC meeting today. Markus will probably hold one tomorrow.
